★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il migliore negozio di formaggi a Udine ed uno dei motivi per cui dovremmo smetterla di buttare soldi in formaggi anonimi presi al supermercato e dovremmo iniziare a mangiare meno e meglio e questo è il posto giusto: dai grandi classici friulani (riforniti da una latteria turnaria di Fagagna di assoluta qualità), passando per i grandi francesi, pecorini, parmigiani, mozzarelle e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Il vulcanico gestore è patrimonio del Friuli ed ha una competenza in tema di formaggi con pochi eguali.
