Il personale che nemmeno si è presentato con il suo nome ci ha illustrato dopo presa appuntamento, dei piani di prestito cosiì sparando numeri e importi , ma non cercando di trovare una soluzione rispetto a quello che gli era stato chiesto, non ha ne stampato ne scritto gli importi che ha elencato per sommi capi.....tanto meno ci ha dato la possibilità di farlo! In effetti ricordo poco di quello che l'impiegato ha cercato a suo modo di illustrare, ricordo solo che era poco conveniente rispetto ad altri preventivi......Peccato perché in qualità di cliente Compass pensavo di ritrovarmi bene......Alla mia domanda: mi sembra eccessiva sia la rata, sia il tasso di interesse che andrò a pagare. La risposta è stata: Eh noi questi abbiamo....... Ok bene arrivederci e grazie....... A mio avviso questa è carenza di professionalità, quasi menefreghismo nell'erogarlo quel prestito, che comunque andrà a creare un rapporto tra le parti che va nel mio caso in una durata di 5 anni.
