P	Pietro Alvares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 6 anni sono riusciti e smettere di essere loro cliente mi dispiace per la compagnia compass ho accompagnato mio suocero più volte per un rinnovo carta la prima volta mi risultava la carta attiva senza aver ricevuto la carta nuova poi mi anno fatto una carta nuova senza darmi una spiegazione che fine ha fatto quella vecchia mi hanno detto che però il pin rimaneva l ho stesso arrivata la carta nuova che poi aveva un costo di 20 euro e stata attivata e stato chiesto se il pin era l ho stesso di quella vecchia e stato detto si al momento di utilizzarla il pin non corrispondeva fino a quando è stata bloccata siamo ritornati in filiale e ci anno detto che il pin non era l ho stesso e che dovevano rifare la carta al costo sempre di venti euro così già erano 40euro allora abbiamo deciso di non fare più nulla perché dopo 6anni di clientela la signorina ci ha detto che tutti sanno che se cambia la carta cambia il pin perciò la colpa era nostra no di chi ci ha detto per ben due volte che il pin era uguale assendo che noi siamo degli incompetenti abbiamo deciso di andare in un altra compagnia dove accolgono meglio a noi incompetenti spero che la mia esperienza serva qualcosa e che la filiale non guardi questa recensione come un rimprovero ma come un modo per migliorare p. Ho chiesto perché non si potesse attivare la carta e la risposta è stata "perché non si può fare". Ho richiamato il numero verde per avere spiegazioni e mi hanno detto che non c'erano motivi per il quale non si potesse attivare la carta perché le filiali rilasciano tranquillamente questo tipo di prepagata. Ho messo una stella solo perché non mi avrebbe fatto pubblicare la recensione, ma non meritano nemmeno quella.
