★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri entro e prendo il numero, eravamo io e un altro ragazzo in sala di aspetto mentre i due addetti alla clientela erano dietro la scrivania, uno di loro parlava con un cliente, l'altro era al telefono e non faceva sportello per impegni di ufficio, gli si leggeva in faccia che non vedeva l'ora di andarsene, passa mezz'ora e la gente continua ad entrare, ma nonostante tutto l'addetto che non faceva sportello se ne frega e continua a far accumulare la fila. Mi alzo e chiedo se è possibile avere un informazione, mi risponde non posso perche sto facendo altro! Mi sono diretto verso la porta e me ne sono andato, ho chiesto il prestito altrove. Professionalità ZERO. Andrebbero licenziati in tronco!

I get up and ask if it is possible to have information, he replies I can't because I'm doing something else! I headed for the door and left, took out the loan elsewhere. ZERO professionalism. They should be fired on the spot!
