Il personale molto preparato e Cortese con i Clienti. Questa mattina ci sono stato x la prima volta, ed ho potuto constatare che questi Uffici sono molto Frequentati da parecchie persone, finché mi sono fermato (circa un'ora) c'è stato un andirivieni continuo. The Compass Offices are located in Cosenza in via Panebianco nr 289 (Former building of the ACI offices), therefore easily identifiable. The staff are very prepared and courteous with customers. I went there for the first time this morning, and I could see that these offices are very popular with many people, until I stopped (about an hour) there was a constant coming and going.

Difficilissimo comunicare con gli operatori.... Cosa aggiungere? Un malcapitato cliente che per ottenere ciò che gli spetta deve passare giornate al telefono, mandare mail , trovarsi a dover compilare bollettini in bianco ed il tutto per pagare loro!!!
