★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the wild Enduro your on 24.05.18 for 5 persons on the last name Wok*. The booking was made 5 weeks ago and confirmed by e-mail. When we got there the tour was overbooked and we have been sent away. I recommend to book elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've always had (the last 3 years) good guides, nice groups and good shuttles drivers. Defender and wild enduro tour are two things for the price of one! And a jeep safari and beautiful bike rides deep in the Ligurian coastel mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to cancel my booking and they didn't keep just the 30% cancellation fee (which I'm fine with) but 100% of my money transfer.
Their explanation: "We cannot refund it because it is has been already put into our booking system. I hope you understand."
This is a joke! Get a modern booking system or at least provide a appropriate customer service and manually return the money. Big disappointment.

Edit: The previous owner sold the business to some new guys, which replied to me and gave me a refund and very friendly support.

They are able to talk with you in english ?
