★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho gia pagato l'intervento il 07-aprile 2022 per la sostituzione dell'inverter di 12,5 kwp nella mia azienda e oggi 19-04-2022 sono ancora in attesa dell'intervento, sono 15 giorni che ho la mancata produzione, sempre per lo stesso difetto 031, appena scaduta la garanzia in febbraio 2022.
I have already paid for the intervention on 07-April 2022 for the replacement of the 12.5 kwp inverter in my company and today 19-04-2022 I am still waiting for the intervention, it is 15 days that I have no production, always for the same defect 031, as soon as the warranty expired in February 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto inaspettato il fatto che a qualunque ora del giorno li chiami, devi attendere almeno 10 minuti al telefono per chiedere informazioni alla reception. Non esiste un collegamento diretto con i tecnici.
Una SpA che non risponde MAI al telefono.
Very unexpected is the fact that at any time of day you call them, you have to wait at least 10 minutes on the phone to ask for information at the reception. There is no direct connection with the technicians.
A SpA that NEVER answers the phone.
