S	Silvia Roggeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dire che non sono stata soddisfatta dell'acquisto. Abbiamo comprato il rubinetto Poldo a 3 vie per acqua depurata color Avena. Abbiamo contattato il Customer Care e abbiamo spiegato che, oltre al fatto che il getto dell'acqua era orribile (non possiamo aprirlo al massimo perché ha un getto non lineare e se metti sotto la mano schizza acqua ovunque) anche la vernice era di pessima qualità. Si è staccata in più punti e, dove resiste, i pallini dell'Avena si stanno sbiadendo. Tutto ciò dopo un paio di settimane di utilizzo. Ci hanno detto di non usare agenti aggressivi per pulirlo ma usare solo acqua. Ed è assurdo perché un rubinetto fatto per il lavandino della cucina dovrebbe resistere a detersivi e sgrassatore,altrimenti che senso ha? Ha resistito quello in Avena del Leroy Merlin che oltretutto avevamo pagato la metà. Ci hanno mandato il pezzo nuovo dove mi si è staccata la vernice (che è la manopola dell'acqua) e che quindi dovrò far sostituire da un idraulico con ulteriore spesa di installazione. Ci hanno spedito anche l'areatore da sostituire, peccato che l'aeratore non sia quello giusto. Diciamo che da un rubinetto di 140 e rotti euro mi aspettavo notevolmente di più. Sicuramente il servizio clienti e gentile e disponibile ma nel nostro caso è stato un po' pasticcione. Delusa è dire poco. Unfortunately I must say that I was not satisfied with the purchase. We contacted Customer Care and explained that, in addition to the fact that the water jet was horrible (we cannot open it to the maximum because it has a non-linear jet and if you put water under your hand it splashes everywhere) also the paint was of very bad quality . It has detached in several places and, where it resists, the dots of the Oats are fading. All this after a couple of weeks of use. They told us not to use harsh agents to clean it but only use water. And it's absurd why a faucet made for the kitchen sink should be resistant to detergents and degreaser, otherwise what's the point? The one in Avena by Leroy Merlin, which we had paid half as much, resisted. They sent us the new part where the paint came off (which is the water knob) and which I will therefore have to have a plumber replaced with additional installation costs. They also sent us the aerator to be replaced, too bad the aerator is not the right one. Let's say that from a 140-odd euro tap I expected considerably more. Sure the customer service is kind and helpful but in our case it was a bit of a mess. Disappointed is an understatement.

Al telefono mi è stato passato un personaggio, credo il responsabile vendite di cui non ricordo il nome, che mi ha attaccato in modo arrogante perchè voleva farmi pagare un raccordo a 3 vie con rubinetto del valore di pochi euro. Al termine della discussione ho chiesto il codice del raccordo per poterlo ordinare ma alla fine mi è stato inviato gratuitamente. Con i miei complimenti per il Customer care, mi avete già perso come cliente. Ultimo consiglio: migliorate il sito perchè non è chiaro quale kit completo di tutti i componenti deve essere ordinato per una prima installazione.
