Specifico: vado a visitare questa ditta perché interessato ad un camino a legna che avevo visto sul loro sito e subito metto a conoscenza della cosa la commessa che mi ha accolto, dopo tutte le spiegazioni del caso veniamo al costo del camino, qui la grave scorrettezza, la ragazza mi dice il prezzo del camino che è di gran lunga superiore a quello pubblicato sul sito (parlo di più di mille euro di differenza). Io dico che è inconcepibile che non si faccia attenzione a certe cose, oppure sono fatte apposta per ingannare i clienti. Sicuramente non tornerò in questa ditta e acquisterò il camino altrove.

Specific: I go to visit this company because I am interested in a wood-burning fireplace that I had seen on their site and immediately I am made aware of what the saleswoman who welcomed me, after all the explanations of the case we come to the cost of the fireplace, here the serious impropriety , the girl tells me the price of the fireplace which is far higher than the one published on the site (I'm talking about a thousand euro difference). I say that it is inconceivable that one does not pay attention to certain things, or they are made on purpose to deceive customers. I will definitely not go back to this company and buy the fireplace elsewhere.

Dopo circa un anno dal montaggio dell'impianto dal tetto (in legno, appena rifatto), dove avevano eseguito i lavori per il montaggio del tubo è cominciata una copiosa perdita di acqua. Li abbiamo contattati e, pur essendo il lavoro ancora in garanzia ci hanno detto semplicemente di contattare un muratore per sistemare la perdita, perchè loro non avevano tempo. Con l'acqua ormai in cucina durante la pioggia, nel corso delle settimane abbiamo provato a richiamarli più volte ma senza mai ottenere risposta.
Una volta contattato un muratore esterno ci è stato detto che il lavoro fatto aveva danneggiato seriamente il tetto. Pessimi.

We contacted them and, although the work was still under warranty, they simply told us to contact a bricklayer to fix the loss, because they didn't have time. With the water now in the kitchen during the rain, over the weeks we have tried to call them several times but never got an answer.
Once we contacted an outside bricklayer we were told that the work done had seriously damaged the roof. Bad.
