I prezzi non sono corrisposti. Come precisato nella risposta al commento, non mi è stato menzionato che avrei potuto trovare la maggiorazione scritta nell'apposito listino prezzi, (inoltre a cosa poteva servirmi se stavo già chiedendo direttamente al telefono il prezzo di un servizio, nel caso stava al venditore precisarmelo!)
Anche gli orari chiesti telefonicamente non sono stati confermati poi dal personale e l'atteggiamento non è stato consono. Non mi sono trovata bene.
Unfriendly staff. Although he first called by phone to find out about prices and timetables, things were different on site.
Prices are not paid. As stated in the reply to the comment, I was not mentioned that I could find the written surcharge in the appropriate price list, (also what could I use if I was already asking the price of a service directly on the phone, in case it was the seller to specify it !)
Even the times requested by telephone were not confirmed by the staff and the attitude was not appropriate. I was not happy.
