★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, sabato 22 giugno, ho telefonato per sapere se avessero una pompa per aspirare l'acqua, ho detto che avevo un'emergenza perché le forti piogge mi avevano allagato la casa. Ho chiesto visto i problemi di viabilità se avesse potuto tenermene una da parte e quante ne avevano ancora. La risposta: non ho tempo, sono in cassa. Morale ho impiegato 1 ora tra andata e ritorno per percorrere 12 km e con il rischio di rimanere bloccata, per poi scoprire che sí avevano le pompe, ma avevano esaurito i tubi. Se la signora avesse soltanto provato empatia e capito la situazione, avrebbe magari contattato via telefono il responsabile del reparto che mi avrebbe avvisata prima di intraprendere un viaggio della speranza!
