Quality 0 .. bad service .. incapable staff .. and post sales assistance non-existent so much that they force you to go to another company making you spend more money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post vendita PESSIMO! è da mesi che mi è entrata acqua in casa e mi devono portare la soglia ma ogni volta ci sono scuse o addirittura non rispondono al telefono. I serramenti tutto sommato hanno della qualità ma se ho BISOGNO il venditore DEVE esserci,non che io sia costretta a spendere altrove per risolvermi il problema
BAD after sales! I have had water in my house for months and they have to bring me the threshold but every time there are excuses or even they don't answer the phone. The windows all in all have quality but if I NEED the seller MUST be there, not that I am forced to spend elsewhere to solve the problem
