★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stelle solo perché mi sembrano male organizzati quando si arriva, in particolare per entrare dopo aver fatto la comanda e pagato ( con contanti o bancomat, no carta di credito o posta ). Una sola cassa per i prenotati e due per gli altri, ma soprattutto con un solo ingresso, quindi alle volte i prenotati aspettano pensando che anche chi è davanti lo sia, ci vorrebbero due file.
Ma passato lo scoglio.... è uno spettacolo.
Io e amici abbiamo dato di antipasto con;
- tagliere di affettati, molto buoni a parte la mortadella che copre il tartufo.
- come primi tutti, strampalati.
- secondi scaloppina ( buona ), uovo ( la morte del tartufo, sempre una sicurezza, tra l'altro due uova e buone già di loro ) cotechino ( questo non ha entusiasmato ).
- contorno patatine con maionese al tartufo. Vini in bottiglia, lambrusco buono, bianco un po' leggerino.
Servizio veramente veloce e cortese. Siamo usciti molto contenti.
 4 stars only because they seem badly organized when you arrive, in particular to enter after having placed the order and paid (with cash or debit card, no credit card or post). Only one cash desk for those with reservations and two for the others, but above all with only one entrance, so sometimes those with reservations wait thinking that even those in front of them are, it would take two lines.
But past the rock .... it's a show.
Friends and I got an appetizer with;
- platter of cold cuts, very good apart from the mortadella covering the truffle.
- as first all, weird.
- second escalope (good), egg (the death of the truffle, always a certainty, among other things two eggs and already good of them) cotechino (this did not impress).
- potato chips with truffle mayonnaise. Bottled wines, good Lambrusco, slightly light white.
Really fast and courteous service. We went out very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione, a partire dal parcheggio fino al delirio delle "prenotazioni", mal gestite e non comunicate al momento del pagamento. Risotto stracotto e tortelli di zucca duri. Salvano questo delirio organizzativo e d'importanza i gnocchetti di patate e la gentilezza di una cameriera... Non andate senza prenotare...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per chi vuole gustare pietanze con un tartufo di qualità deve venire a Borgofranco sul Po , il prezzo è proporzionato all'evento, consiglio di prenotare per evitare lunghe file di attesa. Consiglio il risotto e la lasagna alla norcina con tartufo!! Voto 10 !!!!

Una volta accomodati al tavolo, il servizio è molto cortese, le pietanze ottime e servite spesso con la giusta sequenza e tempistica (cosa non scontata per una sagra!).
È prima di sedersi, che lascia a desiderare l'organizzazione per la fila alle casse: rivedibile.
Nel complesso, merita pieni voti!
Organized and managed by the volunteers of the ProLoco of the Municipality of Borgofranco sul Po.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona l'organizzazione generale, servizio inadeguato con sequenza dei piatti sovrapposta, bottiglie senza bicchiere ecc ecc ma si é trattato certamente di un problema solo in gruppo di tavoli (dis)serviti dalla stessa persona. Pietanze buone però la quantità di tartufo sui piatti assolutamente troppo ridotta. Di conseguenza prezzi troppo alti.

Good general organization, inadequate service with sequence of overlapping dishes, bottles without glasses etc etc but it was certainly a problem only in group of tables (dis) served by the same person. Good dishes, however, the amount of truffle on the plates is too small. As a result, prices are too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse sarà l'anno sbagliato, ma di tartufo ne abbiamo visto poco nei piatti. I piatti erano buoni e con porzioni adeguate, ma il costo, pari ad un ristorante, non è in linea con il fatto di essere ad una fiera ne alla quantità di tartufo mangiata.
