È anche una mostra dei vari animali come mucche, vitelli, cavalli, asini ragusani e tanto altro. Più risalta le innovazioni del territorio grazie agli artigiani/agricoltori/allevatori che lavorano o reinventano o portano avanti tradizioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Importantissima per la ripresa post covid ed alquanto interessante per gli addetti ai lavori, con vetrina dei nuovi macchinari ed attrezzature. Bellissima esposizione di prodotti locali. Ho avuto la fortuna di poter assistere alle premiazioni degli animali partecipanti al concorso: splendidi esemplari allevati con cura ed attenzione. Mi ha colpito anche il fatto che a ritirare i premi, in moltissime occasioni, sono stati incaricati i più giovani delle famiglie, a volte proprio ragazzini, nel chiaro principio di una continuità che deve evidentemente mantenuta con il cuore e la passione, di padre in figlio. DA VISITARE
