Ieri mi sono recata lì per cambiare i miei occhiali. Oltre alla vastissima scelta di modelli, sono stata seguita da Massimiliano e da Monica che hanno saputo consigliarmi al meglio. Molto soddisfatta anche del controllo della vista gratuito con macchinari davvero all'avanguardia. Lo consiglio a tutti. Since it opened in the center of Vicenza it has become my trusted shop. I have always found professionalism and courtesy. Yesterday I went there to change my glasses. In addition to the vast choice of models, I was followed by Massimiliano and Monica who were able to advise me in the best possible way. Also very satisfied with the free vision check with truly advanced machinery. I recommend it to everybody.

Massimiliano cortesia competenza e professionalita' sia nella parte tecnica del controllo visivo con macchinari all'avanguardia, che nel suggerirmi la montatura e le lenti adatte al mio disturbo visivo. Sono stato seguito con professionalità anche dalla signora Monica. Consiglio vivamente questo negozio! Today I went to collect my new glasses I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the purchase, as I had already been with the previous glasses. I found in Mr. Massimiliano courtesy, competence and professionalism both in the technical part of the visual check with state-of-the-art machinery, and in suggesting the frames and lenses suitable for my visual disturbance. I was also professionally followed by Mrs. Monica. I highly recommend this shop!

L'assistenza al cliente durante l'acquisto e post vendita é davvero unica. Monica poi é una conferma: competente, professionale e una fantastica personal shopper. Ottimo anche il servizio per l'acquisto di lenti ad contatto. Nel giro di pochi anni sarà la quarta/quinta volta che ritorno anche solo per variare montatura. Qualità molto alta e prezzi super competitivi. Assolutamente consigliato. Since I discovered Fielmann I have never left him, a shop stocked with various optical frames and sunglasses. Customer assistance during the purchase and after sales is truly unique. Monica then is a confirmation: competent, professional and a fantastic personal shopper. The service for the purchase of contact lenses is also excellent. In a few years it will be the fourth / fifth time that I have come back even just to change the frame. Very high quality and super competitive prices. Absolutely recommended.

Mio figlio più grande con 2 paia di occhiali di Fielmann (principale + scorta) rotti in rapida sequenza, siamo tornati per chiedere un supporto, e nonostante la garanzia scaduta ci hanno sostituito entrambe le montature gratuitamente e sul momento. Devo dire che non ho trovato questa fidelizzazione del cliente da nessun'altra parte (un grazie particolare a Monica). Poi in generale, hanno degli ottimi prezzi: in famiglia siamo in 6 e in 3 portiamo gli occhiali: tutti presi da Fielmann, e una volta scoperto il negozio qualche anno fa non abbiamo più cambiato. Davvero consigliatissimi! Great eyewear shop. Very attentive to the customer, and an after-sales support that honestly I had never seen before. My eldest son with 2 pairs of Fielmann glasses (main + spare) broken in quick sequence, we came back to ask for support, and despite the expired warranty they replaced both frames for free and on the spot. I must say that I have not found this customer loyalty anywhere else (special thanks to Monica). Then in general, they have excellent prices: there are 6 of us in the family and 3 of us wear glasses: all taken from Fielmann, and once we discovered the shop a few years ago we didn't change any more. Really highly recommended!

I have purchased several glasses there and have always had a great experience. Great follow up service with cleaning and adjusting the fit. I once lost a pair of brand new glasses that I had purchased there and with their own insurance policy, my glasses were replaced for free! All kinds of little deals and discounts.

Not only the manner in which I was greeted but the atmosphere in the store. Laura and Elena were exceptional. Both professional, PATIENT, and knowledgeable. As someone with a new prescription, they suggested a variety of options and I didn’t feel rushed. They helped me settle on some wonderful glasses and made a couple of adjustments during the fitting. I had NO idea fitting glasses was so involved. Elena even did a quick test. My experience was superb and I wouldn’t take the time to write this review if I didn’t highly recommend them. As I was ready to depart, Elena noticed a small defect in my sunglasses and adjusted them; quite nice.
