Sono entrato per chiedere un prestito di 6000€, fin dall'inizio la consulente ha storto il naso, quando finalmente ha fatto un preventivo mi ha detto che in 2/3 giorni davano risposta e che in caso di esito positivo mi avrebbero anche accreditato i soldi.
Dopo una settimana mi richiama comunicandomi l'esito negativo della pratica perché, testuali parole, sono un nuovo cliente.
Ho 24 anni, un contratto con le ferrovie, non sono un cattivo pagatore, ho sempre pagato tutto puntuale e non ho altre spese oltre all'affitto. Abbiamo messo un garante, e nonostante io abbia comunicato gli impegni economici di quest'ultimo mi è stato detto che andava bene, invece poi mi hanno detto il contrario.
In pratica mi hanno preso in giro, fatto perdere una settimana, accampato scuse su scuse e sono stati molto poco professionali. Non considererò mai più Fiditalia e la sconsiglierò vivamente a tutti.

After a week he calls me back to inform me of the negative outcome of the practice because, in his own words, I am a new customer.
I am 24 years old, a contract with the railways, I am not a bad payer, I have always paid everything on time and I have no other expenses than the rent. We put in a guarantor, and despite having communicated the latter's financial commitments, I was told that it was fine, but then they told me the opposite.
They basically made fun of me, made me lose a week, made excuses after excuses and were very unprofessional. I will never consider Fiditalia again and I will strongly advise against it to everyone.
