β β β β β Ho provato a chiamare la banca questa mattina e la persona che mi ha risposto (non era italiano) era un po' scocciata. l'unica cosa che mi diceva era di passare personalmente in banca.
Una pesona chiama per chiedere informazioni (in modo ad evitar perdite di tempo) e questa Γ© l`info che dano

β β β β β L'agenzia ha sempre due operatori agli sportelli e questo Γ¨ raro nelle banche attuali, bisogna peraltro considerare che qui si opera prevalentemente per private banking (Stefano, il mio consulente, Γ¨ molto attento e capace). Esiste un parcheggio per i clienti ma purtroppo i posti disponibili spesso non sono sufficienti.
The agency always has two operators at the counters and this is rare in current banks, we must also consider that here we work mainly for private banking (Stefano, my consultant, is very attentive and capable). There is a parking for customers but unfortunately the available places are often not enough.

Totale disorganizzazione....questa mattina, dopo una fila di oltre un'ora perchΓ© funzionava un solo sportello, mi sono sentita dire con tono di rimprovero che avrei dovuto compilare preventivamente il modulo di richiesta operazione...ma i moduli erano all'interno della stanza degli sportelli, stanza chiusa a chiave da un agente con accesso consentito a due persone x volta! Sono stata spedita fuori col mitico modulo e ho dovuto attendere ancora. Che dire? Organizzate! Non servono cervelloni per offrire un servizio decente....sembrava di essere in una banca molto arretrata!
Bad experience! Total disorganization ... this morning, after a queue of over an hour because only one counter worked, I was told in a reproachful tone that I should have previously filled out the operation request form ... but the forms were at the inside the counter room, room locked by an agent with access allowed to two people x time! I was sent out with the legendary form and had to wait a little longer. What to say? Get organized! You don't need brains to offer decent service .... it felt like you were in a very backward bank!

β β β β β Do not go near this bank. 5 weeks ago I applied for a replacement credit card. After numerous phone calls, emails and a day off work standing in the branch...I still don't have one. Terrible client service, useless time keeping, STAY AWAY!
