Dopo qualche insistenza infatti la signorina al telefono mi ha dato il nominativo di un'officina a 40 km da casa mia. Sono molto fiduciosa quindi per quanto riguarda la sistemazione dell'auto. Peccato invece per l'insolenza e la grande scortesia dell'operatrice al telefono. Maleducazione che non sperimentavo da tempo. Mi ha preso addirittura in giro dopo aver manifestato la mia preoccupazione perché non trovavo nelle vicinanze meccanici disponibili ad operare in garanzia. Quante risatine e quante frasi irrispettose...un vero peccato per l'immagine di Fidelitycar. Spero sia stata una "giornata no" e che la signora possa trovare la serenità per trattare i clienti con professionalità. Per la buona educazione invece...la signora ha da lavorare parecchio.
