Appuntamenti saltati, orari non rispettati, e per sistemare qualcosa per cui hanno pure provato a non passarlo il garanzia imputando al cliente chiari difetti strutturali degli infissi (chiaramente ammessi anche dal fornitore nurith) hanno assunto un comportamento arrogante e offensico.
Si giudicano pure autorecensendosi con 5 stelle.
Ulteriore indizio di scarsa professionalità e onestà intellettuale.

The after sales service is simply ridiculous.
Missed appointments, non-respected times, and to fix something for which they also tried not to pass the guarantee, attributing to the customer clear structural defects of the frames (clearly admitted by the supplier nurith) have assumed an arrogant and offensive behavior.
They are also judged by self-sensing themselves with 5 stars.
Further indication of lack of professionalism and intellectual honesty.
Never again!!!!!!
