As a non Italian speaker I got more or less zero help from the staff.
I do not expect everybody to speak English and I'm perfectly fine with handsignals and the little Italian I know, finally got help from an English speaking staff, but he was not an Alfa salesmen(but he did try to help).
Worst part is that the second hand sale lied about there not being any 0km Stelvios avaliable(probably wanted to sell a new car) as I knew there was from talking to another
offical Alfa dealership later the same day.
Ordered a new Stelvio from another dealership.
Having been to two Alfa dealers, a VW dealer and a Porsche dealer in Rome, in my experience Motor Village is not even close to any of the other ones in how to treat a potential customer as the others were quite good.
