★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza positiva fino alla consegna delle porte (trattasi di porte di ottima qualità e design)....esperienza pessima e da incubo quando si è presentato un problema (porta di un bagno da modificare in larghezza dopo errate indicazioni dell'architetto).
Le porte ci sono state consegnate a luglio 2016...ad oggi (fine novembre 2016) siamo ancora in attesa di un cenno da parte loro dopo ripetute telefonate di sollecito alle quali è sempre seguita una mancata risposta o una risposta negativa a causa di carenza del personale.
Se riusciamo a risolvere entro il 2018 festeggiamo!
Assolutamente da non consigliare
Positive experience until the delivery of the doors (question of doors of excellent quality and design) .... bad and nightmare experience when a problem occurred (door of a bathroom to be modified in width after incorrect indications of the architect).
The doors were delivered to us in July 2016 ... to date (end of November 2016) we are still awaiting a nod from them after repeated calls in response to which there has always been a failure to reply or a negative response due to a shortage of the staff.
If we can resolve by 2018 we celebrate!
