Da visitare il sabato sera per assaggiare i piatti Delle varie pro loco e la domenica per assistere alla sfilata che termina nella piazza del campo del palio e che dà il via al secondo giorno di degustazioni. Per due giorni nella piazza Einaudi di vengono allestite circa 40 casette rappresentanti alcuni paesi della provincia di Asti,ogni paese propone due o tre piatti tipici della cucina astigiana a prezzi davvero ridotti e cucinati molto bene. Gli stand sono vari e ben forniti, le file scorrevoli e i prezzi bassi considerata la qualità medio alta. Purtroppo l'assenza di sedie o aree riparate dal sole non rendono facile il momento del ristoro. Consigliata per chi volesse passare un weekend all'insegna delle abbuffate. Ben organizzate sia il sabato sera che l’intera giornata di domenica a partire dalla sfilata al mattino, fino alla cena con piatti buonissimi e vini DOCG a ottimi prezzi!!
