An exceptional shop for cycle tourism, with the possibility of choosing the right vehicle for rental too.

Mit Michele habe ich per WhatsApp einen Termin vereinbart und Pino hat dann am Sonntagabend meine Bremsklötze ersetzt. Mit beiden konnte ich mich sehr gut auf Englisch verständigen und bekam noch ein paar Tipps für schöne Fahrradrouten. Ihr habt meine Fahrradreise gerettet. Herzlichen Dank!
Very good and fast service! My brake pads urgently needed to be changed. I made an appointment with Michele via WhatsApp and Pino replaced my brake pads on Sunday evening. I was able to communicate very well in English with both of them and got a few tips for nice bike routes. You saved my bike trip. Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented 3 roadbikes. They were in perfect condition, excellent service! Owner Giuseppe was Bert willing to help and enthousiastic! He even provided helmets and bottels and installed a really beautiful GPX route file on our garmin. We can definitely recommend renting a bike here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pino, the owner of the Ferulabikeshop in Matera, was my hero of the day. In the middle of the way between Matera and Gioia del Colle my bottom bracket broke. With a translationapp i sent all my issues via WhatsApp and luckily later we could even communicate with slow English. He picked us (my girlfriend, me and our 2 heavy loaded bikes) with his car up and changed the brocken part within short period of time, super smooth and shortly after we could continue our journey. What a 5 star customer experience! Thanks again :)
