Vengono effettuate riparazioni di elettrodomesti ed è possibile trovare pezzi di ricambio altrimenti difficili da reperire. Per la riparazione di una machina cafe, acquistata più di 10 anni fa', mi hanno chiesto 100 euro di garanzie per farmi un preventivo che, tra'laltro e a pagamento. Sono stato tratato con indiferenza e maleducazione. E un bruttissimo posto dove non entrerò mai in vita mia.???????????????????In merito alla vostra risposta le confermo che non c'è nussun frainteso. Le due persone alle quale mi sono rivolto mi hanno chiesto i 100 euro come acconto ed hanno avuto un comportamento non accettabile di fronte ad un cliente, tutto il resto sonno chiacchiere. ??????????????? Devi pagare 20€ solo per fare visionare un elettrodomestico anche se poi lo devi buttare. Io personalmente sono rimasta soddisfatta delle riparazioni che mi hanno fatto. Alla cortese domanda di essere contattato anche per una spesa inferiore a 100 € visto che la macchina ha 12 anni mi viene risposto in modo non proprio cortese che se non mi andava bene così potevo riportarmela a casa. Morale della favola accetto queste "discutibili" condizioni, vengo contattato e avvisato che è stata riparata ma trovo l'amara sorpresa.... 112,50 € oltretutto senza neanche essere stato avvisato della spesa superiore a 100 € Non metto in dubbio la riparazione ma poca cortesia e poca coerenza ! L'operatrice mi ha quasi riso in faccia con l'assoluta certezza che il ricambio non esiste e nemmeno dovevo cercarlo. 2 min più tardi ho chiamato il servizio assistenza Bosch di Virgilio che con pazienza e gentilezza in pochi secondi mi ha trovato il ricambio, il prezzo e per telefono mi ha anche consigliato. Purtroppo essere da anni un punto di riferimento ha reso maleducate certe persone, magari anche dipendenti. Complimenti. Il tempo di entrare e SENZA NEMMENO GUARDARLA mi hanno detto che non era possibile la riparazione poichè non esistevano i pezzi di ricambio. Ciò ha risvegliato il McGiver che è in me e l'ho aggiustata da solo sostituendo un paio di parti acquistate su internet. Adesso la mia gaggia va meglio di prima!
