Very attentive to the issue of eco-sustainability and safety in the period of covid 19 through constant ozone sanitation of company vehicles and premises. If 6 stars were possible !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta di seguito che mi reco a comprare delle capsule per caffè senza che mi venisse chiesto se la macchina è la mia oppure no, applicandomi automaticamente l'importo più alto. La volta scorsa, dopo che avevo pagato e uscito dal negozio, sono stato contattato telefonicamente e nella circostanza mi era stato detto che si erano sbagliati a fare i conti, poiché accortisi che la macchinetta è di mia proprietà, con la promessa che per la volta successiva mi avrebbero stornato
l'importo in eccesso. Peccato che anche questa volta si sono dimenticati e certo non è compito mio ricordarglielo se hanno comunque i miei dati.
This is the second time in a row that I go to buy coffee capsules without being asked if the machine is mine or not, automatically applying the higher amount. Last time, after I had paid and left the shop, I was contacted by phone and on the occasion I was told that they had been wrong to reckon with, since I realized that the machine is my property, with the promise that for the time being next time they would have turned me off
the excess amount. Too bad that this time too they forgot and it's certainly not my job to remind them if they still have my data.
