Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe per fare il regalo di natale a mia moglie, ho pagato 5€ in più oltre la spedizione per avere la confezione regalo, in più potevi anche far scrivere un biglietto.... Bhe conclusione, del biglietto nemmeno l'ombra.... La confezione regalo, e uno scatolone con un nastro rosso.!sono senza parole!!!
I bought a pair of shoes to give my wife a Christmas present, I paid 5 € more than the shipping to get the gift box, plus you could also have a note written ... Well, in conclusion, not even the ticket. 'shadow .... The gift box, and a box with a red ribbon.! I'm speechless !!!

I bought Philip model shoes online for my husband and I got the wrong number, I sent an email in the evening for the return and they were prompt in sending me the correct size. Please be aware that purchasing and returning items from Italy will incur a cost of possibly hundreds of dollars. Clarify the cost before purchasing, this is not at all clear from their return policy. In my case it cost me $145.00 to return a pair of shoes.

These guys are very bad. I ordered a pair of shoes 27 June the courier service kept me updated yet did not deliver. I had to leave Home on business I contacted them and they got back to me 2 days later as they were closed the weekend. They are now saying I have received them they are questioning me saying I’m not away on business because my I phone shoes I’m at home they are saying my package as been signed for and they are doing everything not to give me a refund. This review is 100 percent truth. I seriously would give it great thought before shopping here. I will also be making a complaint as I now feel this is fraudulent. I have paid for my product and still have not received it and I’m getting met with a multitude of excuses and doubts I would NOT recommend shopping with Ferrari’s boutique

International shoppers beware - Ferraris Boutique refused to accept a return from the U.K. after it was delivered to them. This occurred despite clear evidencing of the package being delayed in transit via Royal mail tracking. Staff completely refused to acknowledge this during my interactions with them. Eventually, the store simply refused to accept the parcel when it was delivered to them. I found this to be extremely poor customer service from a shop which attempts to give shoppers the impression they are a “global store”. The issue could have been easily resolved with a bit of common sense. International shipping is subject to delays. The return was sent within the time scale designated on their website and evidenced by tracking data. Their customer returns policy should take the realities of international shipping into account. My advice - shop elsewhere and spare yourself a lot of frustration and disappointment.
