Nessun supporto dal personale e no possibilità di cambiare il prodotto il giorno sucessivo (cambio richiesto perché le informazioni sul prodotto date dal personale durante l'acquisto non erano corrette). CAMBIO RIFIUTATO perché all'acquisto era già stata tolta maglia al cinturino benché questa potesse essere riposizionata senza alcuna alterazione. Meglio comperare in internet dove puoi restituire il prodotto se non conforme alla descrizione ..... I had the misfortune to purchase a citizen ecodrive. No support from the staff and no possibility to change the product the next day (change required because the product information given by the staff during the purchase was incorrect). CHANGE REFUSED because on purchase the link had already been removed from the strap although this could be repositioned without any alteration. Better to shop on the internet where you can return the product if it does not conform to the description .....

Recentemente però sono stato nella parte più "economica" del negozio per vedere l'edizione limitata di un orologio, era un martedì, e il commesso mi ha detto che il mercoledì sarebbe andato un altro signore a vedere l'orologio ma mi ha dato la sua parola che me lo avrebbe tenuto da parte fino a venerdì poiché gli avevo assicurato che entro giovedì o venerdì al massimo sarei tornato per confermare o meno l'acquisto. Come da accordi mi sono presentato il venerdì pomeriggio e lo stesso commesso mi ha trattato male, mi ha detto di aver già destinato l'orologio all'altro cliente perchè secondo lui gli accordi erano che sarei dovuto tornare il mercoledì quando questa cosa è impossibile perché ero fuori città. La mia ragazza era testimone degli accordi presi, ma nonostante tutto ha totalmente negato e mi ha detto "non ho voglia di fare discussioni, soprattutto a quest'ora che tra poco me ne vado a casa". Veramente poca, poca, poca professionalità Great shop and well stocked, I went often and enjoyed it. But recently I went to the cheaper part of the shop to see the limited edition of a watch, it was a Tuesday, and the clerk told me that on Wednesday another gentleman would go to see the watch but he gave me the his word that he would keep it for me until Friday since I had assured him that by Thursday or Friday at the latest I would be back to confirm the purchase or not. As agreed, I showed up on Friday afternoon and the same clerk treated me badly, he told me that he had already assigned the watch to the other customer because according to him the agreements were that I should come back on Wednesday when this is impossible because I was out of town. My girlfriend was a witness to the agreements made, but despite everything she totally denied it and told me "I don't want to argue, especially at this time when I'm going home soon". Very little, little, little professionalism
