C	Cinzia Zig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il trasloco inizialmente si svolge bene. Il carrello elevatore è davvero comodo. La maggior parte del personale è cordiale, educato, attento e veloce. Successivamente al rimontaggio, cambiano le cose e gli atteggiamenti. Darei soltanto due stelle, perché: 1. Sono andati via lasciandomi la roba in cantina. Li ho dovuti chiamare e sono dovuti tornare visto che si erano dimenticati. 2. Si avvalgono di un montatore , credo di lingua rumena, che si rivolge alle donne con toni e modi davvero scortesi, abbiamo discusso per montare il mobile da dx verso sx. 3. Infilava i vestiti nei contenitori in cui vanno appesi con la cura di un elefante e mi ha rovinato diversa roba. Aggiungo la terza stella perché mi dispiace per il titolare invece, che è persona davvero a modo e cortese (anche se non era presente al rimontaggio) che mi ha fatto comunque un buon prezzo. The move initially goes well. The forklift is really comfortable. Most of the staff are friendly, polite, attentive and quick. After reassembly, things and attitudes change. I would only give two stars, because: 1. They left leaving my stuff in the cellar. I had to call them and they had to come back as they forgot. 2. They make use of an editor, I think Romanian speaking, who addresses women with really rude tones and ways, we discussed how to assemble the furniture from right to left. 3. He used to put clothes in the bins they hang in with elephant care and ruined a lot of stuff for me. I add the third star because I'm sorry for the owner instead, who is a really polite and courteous person (even if he wasn't present at the replacement) who still got me a good price.

Li Consiglio vivamente e nel caso dovessi più in là ritraslocare saranno nuovamente contattati! Really great staff !! All very good and scrupulous about the goods of others. Quando hanno terminato il trasloco ho scoperto a malincuore che mancavano diverse scatole e nonostante lo abbia fatto presente più volte non ho ottenuto nessuna risposta concreta ne tanto meno un risarcimento.... I relied on them for a move and storage. When they finished the move, I reluctantly discovered that several boxes were missing and despite having pointed this out several times, I did not get any concrete answer, much less compensation ....

Dopo aver pagato il conto salato mi trovo un danno di circa 3000€!! Solo il fallimento della vostra ditta può salvare sfortunati clienti nel non capitare nelle vostre mani!! Mi ricollego al crollo della cucina, se ci fosse scappato il morto si permetteva di fare il prepotente al telefono?? No more negative experience, they did only damage, collapsed kitchen never heard a similar case ... The ferrareis responds in a vulgar way, spiteful and rude Romanian employee !!! After paying the high bill I find myself a damage of about 3000 € !! Only the bankruptcy of your company can save unfortunate customers by not falling into your hands !! I reconnect with the collapse of the kitchen, if the dead man escaped would he allow himself to bully the phone?
