★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili e disponibili, grazie alla loro consulenza ed i loro ricambi sono riuscito a sistemare da solo delle persiane rovinate. Sicuramente in caso di necessità li ricontatterò molto volentieri e se mi capitasse di suggerire a qualcuno una ferramenta online farò sicuramente il loro nome.
Kind and helpful, thanks to their advice and their spare parts I was able to fix ruined shutters by myself. Surely in case of need I will contact them very gladly and if I happen to suggest an online hardware store to someone I will certainly mention their name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato tramite bonifico una serratura , per mio errore ho acquistato l'apertura a sinistra invece di destra, ho richiesto via whatsapp di poter fare cambio prodotto , mi viene detto dopo 2 giorni che non è disponibile, allo richiedo la possibilità di fare un reso dove mi viene negato perché si tratta di prodotti di sicurezza nella foto che ho mandato di vede che sia le chiavi che tutto e ancora sigillato tralasciando questa scelta entro sul sito del venditore è mi trovo la serratura con apertura a destra disponibile a voi le conclusioni.
Il servizio non e al quanto professionale perché al momento della richiesta di sostituzione non mi e stato detto che non e possibile sostituire il prodotto per sicurezza ma che mancava l'articolo quando chiedo un reso mi viene negato mi sento preso in giro.
La comunicazione e lenta e poco precisa a tutti voi le valutazioni sconsiglio l'acquisto da questo venditore.

The service is not professional enough because at the time of the replacement request I was not told that it is not possible to replace the product for safety but that the item was missing when I ask for a return I am denied I feel cheated.
Communication is slow and inaccurate to all of you. I do not recommend buying from this seller.
