★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In situazione Covid, non mi sono recato fisicamente in negozio e mi sono limitato ad una conversazione telefonica. Tuttavia si sono mostrati gentilissimi e hanno saputo aiutarmi ugualmente. Lo terrò a mente in futuro e, nel caso, mi rivolgerò a loro. Trovare persone disponibili e gentili, oggi, non è facile e sapere che il loro negozio si trova nel mio quartiere mi conforta.
In Covid situation, I did not physically go to the store and I limited myself to a telephone conversation. However, they were very kind and were able to help me anyway. I will keep this in mind in the future and, if so, I will contact them. Finding helpful and kind people today is not easy and knowing that their shop is in my neighborhood comforts me.
