t	thomas vaccaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo.portiamo due chiavi per farne la copia. Trattasi della chiave di accesso al cancello per i box e di quella del box stesso. Una la azzeccano, l'altra no, usano un modello di chiave sbagliata (ma non dovrebbe essere il vostro lavoro??). Torniamo la seconda volta a segnalare il problema e provvedono (almeno è quello che ingenuamente pensiamo). L'indomani, nel mattino presto, faccio per aprire il cancello che dovrebbe permettermi di accedere ai box e la chiave non entra. Mi dico: "avranno cannato ancora?!".Poi provo con il mazzo originale ed anche la chiave "madre" non entra! In sostanza avevano fatto una seconda copia della chiave sbagliata e, per di più, si erano tenuti la mia chiave originale, negandomi l'accesso al mio box per una giornata!!! Torno, arrabbiato e rimproverando (garbatamente, nessuna voce alta o parolacce) di aver fatto un casino e la signora, forse titolare, alza gli occhi al cielo come se stessi dicendo una fesseria, lasciando poi la gestione al ragazzino di turno! Di tutto il macello ed il disagio, questo ultimo elemento credo sia proprio il più grave. BOCCIATO il negozio e STRABOCCIATA la signora che, anziché scusarsi, ha preferito sminuire. Basically they had made a second copy of the wrong key and, on top of that, they had kept my original key, denying me access to my box for a day !!! I come back, angry and reproaching (politely, no loud voices or swear words) for having made a mess and the lady, perhaps the owner, rolls her eyes as if I were talking nonsense, then leaving the management to the kid on duty! Of all the slaughter and discomfort, I think this last element is the most serious. PUNCHED the shop and SMELLED the lady who, instead of apologizing, preferred to belittle. Avoid this shop.

Uno negozio che unisce modernità e cortesia di una volta, merce preziosa a Milano. Ps fa orario continuato che, per chi lavora, non è cosa da poco. "A hardware store is a hardware store". No, in this case it is a certainty, for the supply (there is practically everything), the competence and, last but not least, the kindness. A shop that combines modernity and courtesy of the past, precious goods in Milan. Ps is open all day which, for those who work, is not a trivial matter.

Inadeguati assolutamente sul servizio chiavi in cui non ce la fanno veramente: in fase di copia della chiave iniziano a raccontare che la serratura è anziana e andrebbe sostituita. Infatti la loro copia dopo più tentativi e tanto mio tempo perso tra andirivieni, mai ha aperto la serratura; peccato che al primo tentativo presso negozio di chiavi concorrente la chiave prodotta funzionava subito senza problemi. Improvvisati.!!! Per non parlare che mi è toccato chiedere il rimborso che la signora titolare tardava a onorare dopo la pessima figura. È davvero una bottega di 40 anni fa, un po' burberi qualche volta ma pronti a risolvere qualsiasi situazione. D'altra parte è una ferramenta/negozio di piccoli elettrodomestici, non Zara! Super consigliato. There is everything you are looking for. Very helpful and knowledgeable. It is truly a 40-year-old shop, a little gruff at times but ready to resolve any situation.
