★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anni 54, la mia famiglia cliente di questa ferramenta da tre generazioni, vengo servito in maniera arrogante da un signore che pronuncia frasi del tipo "la matematica non è un'opinione" in merito ad un dubbio su una misura e "se tutti facessero come lei....." in merito alla richiesta di un cambio di misura di una vite e di un dado. Non metterò mai più i piedi in questo negozio.

54 years, my family customer of this hardware for three generations, I am served arrogantly by a gentleman who pronounces phrases like "math is not an opinion" on a doubt about a measure and "if everyone did as she ..... "on the request for a change of measure of a screw and a nut. I will never put my feet in this shop again.
