G	G K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola ferramenta, ma grande la delusione. 1) La signora bionda (credo sia la titolare vedendo l'autorità che ha sugli altri dipendenti / mansioni ) non dico il sorriso, non dico il benvenuto, ma almeno rispondere al saluto a i clienti ! Invece è una persona scontrosa e sgarbata, sembra che ti faccia un favore a servirti, quando in realtà è vero il contrario perchè sono i clienti che vi portano i soldi ! Inoltre fastiosissimo, mentre parlavo con l'altra signora e chiedevo informazioni su degli articoli, si è intromessa nella conversazione con maleducazione e anche a sproposito. 2) Il ragazzo ( si fà per dire, forse una quarantina d'anni !) di bottega, probabilmente il figlio di Miss Simpatia, se non può alzare "pesi" cambiasse mestiere ! E se neanche io potessi ? Chi le prende le sacchette o materiale "pesante" ? 3) Prezzi alti. Insomma qualità/prezzo/servizio mi spingono proprio ad evitare questo negozio come la peste e dirigermi altrove, a costo di fare qualche km in più. Unica nota che ho trovato davvero positiva, la signora mora del tutto contrariamente all'altra, è veramente gentile, disponibile, sorridente. Se ci fosse solo lei probabilmente ci verrei più volentieri a comprare perchè ci sà davvero fare come negoziante : prendete esempio ! Small hardware store, but great disappointment. 1) The blonde lady (I think she is the owner seeing the authority she has over other employees / duties) I don't say a smile, I don't say welcome, but at least respond to the greeting to the customers! Instead he is a surly and rude person, he seems to be doing you a favor by serving you, when in reality the opposite is true because it is the customers who bring you the money! Also very annoying, while I was talking to the other lady and asking for information on articles, she intruded into the conversation with rudeness and even inappropriately. 2) The boy (so to speak, perhaps about forty years old!) Of the shop, probably the son of Miss Sympathy, if he cannot lift "weights" he would change his job! What if I couldn't either? Who takes her bags or "heavy" material? 3) High prices. In short, quality / price / service they really push me to avoid this shop like the plague and go elsewhere, at the cost of doing a few more miles. The only note that I found really positive, the brunette lady completely contrary to the other, is really kind, helpful, smiling. If there were only her, I would probably come there more willingly to buy because she really knows how to do it as a shopkeeper: take an example!
F	Federica Talone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è pieno di utensileria di primo acchito piacevole e non male, il personale è gentile. ho comprato oggi un box doccia in vetro e staffe in alluminio in offerta, ed ora ho capito perché.. Manca una guarnizione, l altra all interno è rotta.. A parte questo le staffe le ho fatte montare, all inserimento del vetro si è disintegrato appena inserito.. Pericolosissimo. Mai più farò un reclamo per questo The place is full of nice and not bad first glance utensils, the staff are nice. I bought today a glass shower enclosure and aluminum brackets on offer, and now I understand why .. One gasket is missing, the other one inside is broken .. Apart from this, I had the brackets fitted, when the glass was inserted it was disintegrated as soon as inserted .. Very dangerous. I will never make a complaint about it again

Anzi ti guardano in modo schifato,,,io ho una laurea chissà se la signora ce l'ha I cannot go into details but the education towards customers and those who are polite is totally absent. Ho portato dei materiali da affilare, mi hanno detto che per un paio di articoli non era proprio possibile, tanto erano deteriorati! Un plauso! Very kind, very well prepared, very honest.
