★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata con una lampadina richiedendo e una uguale. 10 euro per averne una completamente sbagliata, sono dovuta tornare indietro e non ho ricevuto nessun tipo di scusa, anzi, ricevo risposte maleducate e scocciare. La signora addirittura si ritira nel retrobottega senza nemmeno salutare.
Meno male che ci sono alternative!!!

I went with a light bulb requesting and an equal. 10 euro for having a completely wrong one, I had to go back and I have not received any kind of apology, on the contrary, I get rude and annoying answers. The lady even retires to the back room without even saying goodbye.
Luckily there are alternatives !!!
