Per un cambio di progetto non le ho piu utilizzate e li ho richiamati per sapere se era possibile fare il reso anche avendo un rimborso parziale, la risposta è stata di NO perchè non le avevo acquistate tramite amazon ma direttamente; quindi la conclusione è che i commercianti si lamentano perche i clienti comprano tutto su amazon ma a quelli che scelgono di comprare direttamente da loro (con un utile maggiore a loro vantaggio) offrono un trattamento peggiore: quindi COMPRATE DA AMAZON COSI SIETE PIU TUTELATI. P.s.: tutto cio che ho riportato è documentabile con chat whatsapp, pagamento tracciabile e fatture I bought hinges and handles for outdoor furniture, I had found them on amazon but since I needed clarification on the measures I called directly effedielle which was the same seller who sold them on amazon: order made directly, prepayment, goods arrived. For a change of project I have not used them anymore and I called them back to know if it was possible to make the return even with a partial refund, the answer was NO because I had not purchased them through amazon but directly; so the conclusion is that merchants complain because customers buy everything on amazon but to those who choose to buy directly from them (with a greater profit to their advantage) they offer worse treatment: so BUY FROM AMAZON SO YOU ARE MORE PROTECTED. P.s .: everything I have reported can be documented with whatsapp chat, traceable payment and invoices
