Il titolare si è premurato, con la stessa cortesia usatami nella fase di vendita, di inviarlo al centro assistenza ed in appena dieci giorni mi è stato restituito come nuovo. Sento il dovere di qualificare come eccellente il servizio offertomi . A few months ago I bought some tools (De Walt hacksaw and Black & Decker drill) . Two weeks ago the drill stopped working. The owner took care, with the same courtesy used in the sales phase, to send it to the service center and in just ten days it was returned to me as new. I feel the duty to describe the service offered to me as excellent.
