★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo è piccolo (se ovviamente paragonato a grandi rivenditori che fanno capo a multinazionali) ma ottimamente fornito, sia per chi ha esigenze del tutto amatoriali sia per chi, anche come azienda, si rivolge a questa ferramenta in cerca di prodotti di marche ben rodate e di provata qualità.
I proprietari sono il fiore all'occhiello (senza togliere nulla alla merce, perché merita) di quest'attività: presenti, competenti, simpatici e accomodanti, oltre che dinamici, sanno sempre trovare il modo di togliere d'impiccio il cliente non trascurando di consigliarlo al netto del meglio delle loro competenze.
C'è tutta l'aria di una familiarità che si legava alle botteghe che anni fa erano il fulcro di un'economia italiana sana e positivamente competitiva, dove il cliente era guardato non solo per i suoi soldi ma per il suo bisogno, la cui soluzione diventava prioritaria e questione d'orgoglio per il proprietario...che dire?

Ho sentito alcuni lamentarsi per i prezzi alti, io sinceramente da "cliente veterano" non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi, meno che meno dei prezzi.
Non si può e non si deve paragonare grandi aziende estere alle nostre piccole e coraggiose imprese locali, perché differenti sono le possibilità e differenti sono i costi che si devono sobbarcare per andare avanti .
(Prima bisognerebbe informarsi un pò)
Dunque a mio modo di vedere sia la qualità che il prezzo sono ottimi e aggiungo che se pensate di avere un servizio clienti ,come qui viene offerto, in luoghi in cui la quantità è preferibile alla qualità mi sa che dovrete rifare i vostri calcoli.
Ottimo negozio, sento di poterlo consigliare a chiunque avesse bisogno.
The place is small (if obviously compared to large retailers that belong to multinationals) but well supplied, both for those who have completely amateur needs and for those who, even as a company, turn to this hardware in search of well-established brands and of proven quality.
The owners are the jewel in the crown (without taking anything away from the goods, because they deserve it) of this activity: present, competent, friendly and accommodating, as well as dynamic, they always know how to remove the customer by not neglecting recommend it net of the best of their skills.
There is all the air of a familiarity linked to the shops that years ago were the fulcrum of a healthy and positively competitive Italian economy, where the customer was looked not only for his money but for his need, whose solution became a priority and a matter of pride for the owner ... what to say?

I have heard some complaining about high prices, I honestly have nothing to complain about as a "veteran customer", except for the prices.
One cannot and must not compare large foreign companies to our small and courageous local businesses, because the possibilities are different and the costs that must be incurred to move forward are different.
(First we should inquire a little)
So in my opinion both the quality and the price are excellent and I would add that if you think you have customer service, as is offered here, in places where quantity is preferable to quality, I think you will have to redo your calculations.
