Dicono. che hanno consegnato ma io non ho ricevuto nulla , ho acquistato tramite menomano e comunicato immediatamente l indirizzo di spedirne e ricevuto conferma che avrebbero spedito li . Alcuni giorni fa ho inviato 2 email (una usando l'indirizzo email del negozio e l'altra usando la sezione "contatti" da compilare)per avere informazioni su prodotti del loro catalogo prima dell'eventuale acquisto.Non si sono scomodati a rispondere... In tutta risposta la ferramentabianco mi ha aperto una controversia sul mio eBay per oggetto non pagato. Morale della favola mi ritrovo senza il prodotto ordinato e senza la possibilità di risolvere il problema visto che non rispondono al telefono e per mail non sono molto collaborativi anzi sono abbastanza scostanti. Sicuramente non mi fornirò mai più da loro. Pessima esperienza I ordered a set of pizza paddles for a wood oven through eBay with cash on delivery. In response, the ferramentabianco opened a dispute on my eBay for unpaid items. Moral of the story I find myself without the product ordered and without the possibility of solving the problem since they do not answer the phone and by email they are not very cooperative indeed they are quite unfriendly. Il sito vi indica 20 pezzi disponibili, allora Voi ordinate e pagate il prezzo indicato .. Loro velocemente confermano l'ordine, vi assicurano la consegna in 3 giorni... Poi dopo qualche giorno vi mandano una mail con due parole "prodotto non disponibile" mentre sul sito di E bay compare lo stesso prodotto con prezzo ovviamente maggiorato .. E voi avete perso tempo e denaro, visto che nesdduno risponde al loro telefono ... Mahhh giudicate voi se è affidabile. Fatto lo stesso ordine in Cina ricevuto la consegna e a metà prezzo. Aggiornamento oggi 08/02/2021 Suddetto negozio!!!! non ha spedito nulla, Almeno avrebbero avuto il buonsenso di annullare l'ordine con una qualsiasi scusa o avvertire chi gli ha dato fiducia niente!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mia moglie sul sito della ferramenta, acquista una stirella che ci viene consegnata il 9 Dicembre e paga al corriere. All'atto della visione dell'articolo, quest'ultimo non risultava conforme alle foto e alle dimensioni normali. Il giorno successivo ( 10 dicembre ) lo ha rispedito al mittente tramite Mail Boxes. Tralasciando le spese, ha chiesto il rimborso di quanto versato come da regolamento UE; ha trovato la mail sul sito e ha comunicato il reso. Dopo tre giorni, vedendo che non arrivava il rimborso, ha cominciato a telefonare: impresa quasi impossibile! Non rispondono mai. Infine è riuscita a parlare con un dipendente, il quale ha affermato che la mail era errata e quella sul sito non era più attiva, quindi mia moglie ha reinviato dalla mia pec e dal mio indirizzo mail, una nuova mail per la richiesta di rimborso, al nuovo indirizzo, citando il codice IBAN. Il titolare della ferramenta ha detto che si attivava per effettuare il bonifico del rimborso. Siamo al giorno 21 e niente è ancora accaduto, tranne la grande maleducazione degli interlocutori telefonici, che continuano ad accampare scuse e anche ad affermare che non si curano delle recensioni negative! Cosa dire se non : ATTENZIONE SEMBRANO CORDIALI E ASSORTITI, IN REALTÀ' INVIANO MATERIALE CHE NON CORRISPONDE ALLE DESCRIZIONI!! ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!!!
