★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FERRAMENTA COME UNA VOLTA! personalmente non ho parole per ringraziare i proprietari di questa ferramenta, i quali coccolano qualsiasi cliente come se si trattasse di familiari. Mi hanno risolto ogni problema incluso sostituzione di serratura urgente con cordialità ed una onestà ormai rara. Oltre ad avermi risolto un grave problema in epoca lock down e dopo aver girato non so quanti idraulici e ferramenta, la risposta era sempre la medesima, non si può far nulla! Ma... la proprietaria in 5 minuti mi ha risolto con disponibilità ed impegno il problema in teoria non risolvibile.volere è potere! Onesti, disponibili, fornitissimi di tutto e sempre amabili e con il sorriso... se siete sotto stress ed avete bisogno di una ferramenta e servizi vari, andateli a trovare, sono eccezionali. Personalmente ringrazio di cuore e mi faccio volentieri 20 minuti a piedi per andare da loro!
HARDWARE LIKE ONCE! I personally have no words to thank the owners of this hardware store, who pamper any customer as if they were family members. They solved every problem including urgent lock replacement with cordiality and a now rare honesty. In addition to having solved a serious problem in the lock down era and after having shot I don't know how many plumbers and hardware, the answer was always the same, nothing can be done! But ... in 5 minutes the owner solved the problem that is theoretically unsolvable for me with availability and commitment. Wanting is power! Honest, helpful, well-stocked with everything and always lovable and with a smile ... if you are under stress and you need a hardware store and various services, go and find them, they are exceptional. Personally, I sincerely thank you and I gladly walk 20 minutes to go to them!
