Una semplice copia di una chiave è diventata un'odissea vedendomi costretto a ritornare al negozio per ben tre volte informando che nessuna delle due copie della chiave riusciva ad aprire la serratura rimanendo o incastrata o non girando affatto. Ritornato come detto per ben tre volte al negozio esponendo il problema e da una parte assistendo ad incredule facce di sorpresa dei titolari e dall'altra a vani "tentativi" di limare meglio le chiavi alla fine ho preferito lasciare perdere.Le copie erano visibilmente duplicate in maniera totalmente grossolana con spigoli inesistenti sulla chiave originale e ricci di metallo ovunque.I tentativi di aggiustare la situazione da parte del "ferramenta" non hanno migliorato la situazione.Tutto questo alla "onesta" cifra di 24€ (ovvero 12€ a chiave!)! PESSIMO service and probable incompetence of the employees. A simple copy of a key became an odyssey when I was forced to return to the store three times, informing them that neither of the two copies of the key could open the lock by remaining or stuck or not turning at all. Returning as said three times to the store exposing the problem and on the one hand witnessing incredulous faces of the owners and on the other hand in vain "attempts" to file the keys better in the end I preferred to let it go. The copies were visibly duplicated in a totally coarse manner with non-existent edges on the original key and metal curls everywhere.The attempts to adjust the situation by the "hardware" have not improved the situation. All this at the "honest" figure of 24 € (or 12 € per key !)!

Le ultime due volte che sono andata ho chiesto due prodotti per lavori, in modo molto specifico, e mi sono stati venduti due adesivi costosissimi assolutamente inutili per risolvere i miei problemi, soldi buttati. Magari se non si è sicuri di avere il prodotto giusto per il cliente consigliate diversamente e non prendete il più costoso solo per vendere qualcosa. Andavo da anni ma non andrò mai più. Owner available but perhaps not very attentive or too focused on the sale. The last two times I went I asked for two products for jobs, very specifically, and I was sold two very expensive stickers absolutely useless to solve my problems, money down the drain. Maybe if you are not sure you have the right product for the customer, recommend differently and do not take the most expensive just to sell something. I have been going for years but will never go again.
