Ho comprato un telecomando del cancello dei nuovi posti auto vicino casa mia,dopo un mese non ha funzionato più,mi sono recato da loro per chiedere assistenza, appurato da loro che non fosse la batteria, non mi hanno saputo aiutare,la gentilezza che avevano quando ho acquistato questo telecomando di 25 euro di pessima qualità all improvviso quando ho chiesto assistenza si è trasformata in arroganza. Sicuramente non posso fare una buona pubblicità al resto dei condomini dei posti auto, la mia famiglia che era cliente ci andrà più. Ho risolto comprando un altro telecomando di qualità in un negozio storico li vicino..
Terrible! I bought a remote control for the gate of the new parking spaces near my house, after a month it didn't work anymore, I went to them to ask for assistance, I found out that it wasn't the battery, they couldn't help me, the kindness they had when i bought this 25 euro remote control of bad quality all of a sudden when i asked for assistance it turned into arrogance. Definitely can't do good publicity for the rest of the car park condos, my family who was a customer will go there anymore. I solved it by buying another quality remote control in a historic shop nearby ..
