Ci ha venduto un prodotto non corrispondente (all'interno di una bustina sorpresa per il bambino era stato inserito un gioco che non c'entrava nulla) e, non solo non ha voluto contattare il fornitore o sostituirlo, ma neanche rimborsarci o farci uno sconto (vista la delusione del bambino non abbiamo potuto non prenderne un'altra al posto di quella difettosa, pagando di nuovo il prezzo pieno). Non ci torneremo mai più.
Zero courtesy and customer service. He sold us a mismatched product (a game that had nothing to do with it was placed inside a surprise bag for the child) and, not only did he not want to contact the supplier or replace it, but he didn't even refund us or give us a discount (given the disappointment of the child we could not take another one instead of the defective one, paying the full price again). We will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titolare scortese e poco preparato. Inoltre se chiedi di pagare col bancomat dice di non averlo. È brutto dover andare a prendere dei fumetti in un supermercato che problemi di incassi sicuramente non ne ha, però spesso non viene lasciata alternativa.
Rude and poorly prepared owner. Also, if you ask to pay with an ATM, he says he doesn't have it. It is bad to have to go to a supermarket to get comics that certainly does not have any cash flow problems, but often no alternative is left.
