T	Tim Benkert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier gibt es irgendwie alles, was wir für unseren Campingurlaub brauchen. Aber der Service: Einsame Spitze. Wir brauchten einen Induktionstopf und weil weder ich noch der Verkäufer sicher waren, ob der Topf in meinen Händen induktionsfähig ist oder nicht, hat der Verkäufer fix einen Magneten gesucht und getestet. Siehe da, der Topf war nicht magnetisch und damit nicht induktionsfähig und somit wurde mir eine Enttäuschung am Herd erspart. Leider haben wir das bei der Pfanne die ich noch gekauft habe nicht gemacht und da kam dann prompt die Enttäuschung am Herd. Auf der Pfanne war zwar das entsprechende Symbol, aber funktioniert hat es trotzdem nicht. Also zurück, erklärt wo das Problem liegt, neuer Test mit dem Magneten und siehe da: falsche Beschriftung, die Pfanne ist nicht magnetisch. Wir testen die anderen Pfannen und eine magnetische ist dabei. Es wurde anstandslos umgetauscht, die neue Pfanne funktioniert wie gewünscht. Die Kommunikation lief auf Englisch wohlgemerkt, was hier nicht selbstverständlich ist! Bei meinem ersten Besuch habe ich nur eine Schraube gesucht. Weil ich wirklich nur eine brauchte, sollte ich nicht einmal etwas bezahlen. Ich habe dann die Trinkgeldbüchse aufgefüllt, aber sowas nettes habe ich schon ewig nicht mehr erlebt. Somehow everything we need for our camping holiday is here. But the service: great. We needed an induction pot and because neither I nor the seller were sure whether the pot was induction-capable in my hands or not, the seller quickly looked for and tested a magnet. Lo and behold, the pot was not magnetic and therefore not capable of induction and thus I was spared a disappointment at the stove. Unfortunately we didn't do that with the pan that I still bought and then the disappointment at the stove came promptly. The corresponding symbol was on the pan, but it still didn't work. So go back, explain where the problem is, do a new test with the magnet and lo and behold: incorrect labeling, the pan is not magnetic. We test the other pans and a magnetic one is included. It was exchanged without any problems, the new pan works as desired. The communication was in English mind you, which is not a matter of course here! On my first visit, I was just looking for a screw. Because I really only needed one, I shouldn't even pay anything. I then filled up the tip box, but I haven't seen anything like that in a long time.
