A causa di alcuni problemi tecnici per i quali non era nemmeno possibile raggiungerli telefonicamente, il 15 dicembre hanno dovuto annullare l'ordine in quanto il pacco non poteva essere spedito (uno dei prodotti non era ancora in magazzino a causa di continui slittamenti del produttore, l'altro era disponibile ma c'era un altro problema con paypal che a quanto pare non gli sbloccava i fondi nonostante a me fossero già stati tolti dalla carta il 30 novembre, e l'unica opzione che non gli desse errore era quella di annullare). In sostanza non ho potuto beneficiare del regalo per quando mi serviva (Natale), però mi sono rientrati i soldi sulla carta, anche se dopo 35 giorni. Lascio 3 stelle perché i fondi sono rientrati, ma non mi è per nulla piaciuta la gestione della dinamica, che poteva essere gestita in modo diverso (per esempio contattando paypal e chiedergli come mai gli desse errore nel loro pannello, visto che un cliente aveva già pagato e stava aspettando da 15 giorni) FINAL UPDATE: Ordered on November 30th on their stihlpartner eshop, for a Christmas present. Due to some technical problems for which it was not even possible to reach them by phone, on December 15th they had to cancel the order as the package could not be shipped (one of the products was not yet in stock due to continuous slips of the manufacturer, the other was available but there was another problem with paypal that apparently did not release the funds despite me having already been removed from the card on November 30th, and the only option that did not give him error was to cancel ). Basically I could not benefit from the gift for when I needed it (Christmas), but I got the money back on the card, even if after 35 days. I leave 3 stars because the funds have returned, but I did not like the management of the dynamics at all, which could be managed in a different way (for example by contacting paypal and asking them why they gave them an error in their panel, since a customer already had paid and was waiting for 15 days)

Mia moglie - peraltro cliente da loro conosciuta e che vive in zona - qualche tempo fa ha portato a riparare una piccola motosega Husqvarna - non comprata da loro - perché probabilmente grippata (miscela sbagliata). Dopo averla trattata come un'imbecille, ed averle detto che loro non avevano tempo da perdere con chi si diverte per passare il tempo, mentre i loro clienti sono gente che lavora (sic!) - hanno di malagrazia gettato la motosega tra un milione di altre motoseghe rotte e abbandonate sui banconi dell'officina dicendole di tornare dopo qualche giorno. Tornata a constatare la diagnosi, mia moglie si è sentita ribadire che non avevano tempo da perdere e che comunque la motosega era irrimediabilmente guasta, per cui non valeva la pena ripararla - una macchina da 350 Euro! - e che non facesse perdere loro altro tempo. Mia moglie, furibonda, ha portato la motosega a controllare presso un altro negozio di ferramenta della zona, Quest'ultimo senza colpo ferire l'ha presa in carico, l'ha controllata e l'ha aggiustata per la folle cifra di Euro 50, sostituendo il pistone e rifacendo l'alesaggio al cilindro. Meditate, gente, meditate, prima di regalare stelle su Google. Ho fatto un bonifico il giorno stesso ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcun pezzo di ricambio e nessuna risposta alle mie mail di richiesta informazioni e solleciti. Ho chiesto anche l'annullamento dell' ordine ed il rimborso di quanto pagato...Ad oggi ancora nessuna risposta! I placed an order for a replacement part for a brush cutter on March 26th. I made a transfer the same day but to date I have not received any spare parts and no response to my emails requesting information and reminders. I also asked for the cancellation of the order and the refund of the amount paid ... To date, still no answer!

Minotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un ordine on line il 27.11.2020 per un potatore Stihl GTA, al momento dell'ordine il sito indicava "prodotto disponibile" consegna in un giorno, eseguito l'ordine e pagato il prodotto mi è arrivata una mail con cui mi si avvertiva che il prodotto non era più disponibile e che vi sarebbe stato un "leggero ritardo di consegna". Bene siamo al 25.06.2021 e mi sembra che il leggero ritardo sia stato ampiamente tollerato anche perché non vi è mai stata alcuna risposta alle mie mail di informazioni. Davvero un comportamento poco professionale I placed an order online on 27.11.2020 for a Stihl GTA pruner, at the time of the order the site indicated "product available" delivery in one day, placed the order and paid for the product I received an email with which warned that the product was no longer available and that there would be a "slight delay in delivery".
