Il personale che ci lavora è molto professionale educato e simpaticissimo. Bravi bravi! I think I am not exaggerating in saying that in Rome, Fermento ranks among the top 10 best pizzerias. È stata davvero una scoperta fantastica. Materia prima di ottima qualità, impasto buonissimo e digeribile. Inoltre, i condimenti rispecchiano originalità e creatività anche se, di primo acchito, alcune combinazioni di ingredienti potrebbero sembrare azzardate. Un altro punto a favore riguarda sicuramente il personale che ci lavora. Ho avuto modo di passare più volte a ritirare la pizza di persona e sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso dalla gentilezza, buon umore e professionalità dei giovani che fanno andare avanti l’attività. Se dovessi consigliare una pizza classica che riscontrerebbero i gusti di tutti, direi patate e mozzarella. Per i più curiosi invece, suggerirei Gorgonzola e noci (anche se molto saporita per i miei gusti, però davvero interessante). Just moved to the area, Pizzeria Fermento was recommended to me by a friend of mine for dinner while I was looking for take away food on Just Eat. It was truly a fantastic find. Excellent quality raw material, very good and digestible dough. In addition, the toppings reflect originality and creativity even if, at first glance, some combinations of ingredients may seem risky. Another point in favor certainly concerns the staff who work there. I was able to go several times to collect the pizza in person and I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness, good humor and professionalism of the young people who keep the business going. If I had to recommend a classic pizza that would suit everyone's tastes, I'd say potatoes and mozzarella. For the more curious, however, I would suggest Gorgonzola and walnuts (although very tasty for my taste, but really interesting).
