Vale la pena di spendere due euro in più per la qualità che offrono. Gestione giovane e fresca, servizio puntuale. Consigliatissimo Really good pizza, digestible, high quality refined ingredients. Comunque pizza a cornicione condita con materie prime ricercate. Il menù è veramente lungo e pieno di sorprese. La birra è molto buona e anch'essa ricercata. Che dire, torneremo sicuramente. Ho buttato un occhio nei piatti delle persone vicine e devo dire che anche solo a guardarle, le pizze si facevano desiderare. Il menù è molto vario, e le descrizioni delle varie pizze sono molto dettagliate. Difficile sceglierne subito una, bisogna rileggere attentamente le vaire descrizioni. Tutte appetitose comunque. Io ho optato per la Gran Sasso. Molto saporita e leggera. Non mi ha appesantito lo stomaco, cosa che fanno altre pizzerie. L'unico piccolo neo, ma sono sicuro che è un mio vizio non un loro problema, la piazza era un po' troppo sottile. Ottimo il cornicione, che evidenzia una lunga e naturale lievitazione. Ma il corpo centrale l'ho trovato sottile, però ripeto, è un mio parere. Complimenti per il servizio e la pulizia del locale. Da ritornarci Pizzeria discovered by chance with a group of friends. I opted for the Gran Sasso. Very tasty and light. It didn't weigh down my stomach, which other pizzerias do. The only small drawback, but I'm sure it's my vice not their problem, the square was a bit too thin. The cornice is excellent, showing a long and natural leavening. Ottimo se si vuole uscire dopo un paio d’ore simil polaretti…. Oltre al freddo dell’ingresso, dovuto al continuo apri/chiudi porta, comunque, non può essere una pompa di calore collocata a 3 metri d’altezza a scaldare il locale… il pavimento rimarrà sempre freddo (anche se la porta non si aprisse in continuazione). Siamo andati a cena con amici e abbiamo provato le loro splendide pizze napoletane. Il locale si presenta bene con colori accesi e accogliente. Abbiamo preso 3 pizze di cui 2 con impasto integrale (non sempre disponibile chiedere alla cameriera) e devo dire che da culture amatoriale della pizza napoletane queste erano davvero ben cotte e lievitate sicuramente grazie alla bravura del pizzaiolo in un bel forno rotondo color giallo che potete trovare a piano terra. Unica nota per noi che eravamo al 2° piano c'era leggermente freddo forse siamo stati sfortunati nel tavolo dove siamo stati posizionati ma locale sicuramente da provare per gli amanti della pizza e della birra. Conto con bere e 3 pizze 43 euro più che onesto. Consigliatissimo! Local a little hidden among the various post-earthquake construction sites still present in Mirandola. We went for dinner with friends and tried their splendid Neapolitan pizzas. The restaurant looks good with bright colors and welcoming. We took 3 pizzas of which 2 with wholemeal dough (not always available ask the waitress) and I must say that from amateur Neapolitan pizza cultures these were really well cooked and certainly leavened thanks to the skill of the pizza chef in a nice round yellow oven that you can find on the ground floor. Only note for us that we were on the 2nd floor it was slightly cold maybe we were unlucky in the table where we were positioned but definitely a place to try for pizza and beer lovers. Account with drink and 3 pizzas 43 euros more than honest. Highly recommended!
