 The basic information for passengers is missing, there is no ticket office with an attached info point. On the other hand, the service works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono non risponde mai nessuno, il sito internet è pessimo e indica la fermata di partenza solo in pochi casi ma per la maggior parte degli orari, da Palermo, si legge PALERMO. Come si prende un autobus se le fermate sono ignote? Che dire, servizio imbarazzante.
Nobody ever answers the phone, the website is very bad and indicates the departure stop only in a few cases but for most of the times, from Palermo, it reads PALERMO. How do I take a bus if the stops are unknown? What can I say, awkward service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place of interest, especially if you're heading for Corleone or Bosco Ficuzza. As AST site is not so reliable, usually you need to go on the spot, to gather more information about schedule and the exact departure place of the buses. Luckily, most of the people around (either from shops, passers-byers or train station) can guide you to AST Fermata, which is not in the same place with the Bus Terminal, but on the corner with Via Roma, sideways from Palermo Centrale.
