Ho chiamato chiedendo una informazione e la signora al telefono mi ha risposto di parlare con il proprietario che al momento non c'era. Riprovo dopo 3 ore visto che non mi era stata data nessuna indicazione di quando richiamare e sempre la signora scocciata e con arroganza mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia dicendo solamente:" non c'è, riprovi, riprovi più tardi" con una tale arroganza scocciata e maleducazione che chi lavora a contatto col pubblico dovrebbe assolutamente non avere. Detto ciò richiamo subito per la terza volta e chiedo:" mi scusi ma almeno saprebbe dirmi orientativamente quando trovarlo?".....sempre la simpaticissima signora:" non lo so, non posso, già stamattina glielo detto, riprovi domani o dopodomani". Non solo è stata e lo ribadisco una gran maleducata ma anche bugiarda perché mi aveva liquidità in due secondi nella prima telefonata tanto da non spendere due minuti per dirmi di riprovare un altro giorno o di mattina o altro ancora. If I could have given zero I would have done it! I called asking for information and the lady on the phone told me to speak to the owner who was not there at the moment. I try again after 3 hours since I was not given any indication of when to call and the lady was always annoyed and arrogantly closed the phone in my face saying only: "there is no, try again, try again later" with such arrogance annoyed and rudeness that those who work in contact with the public should absolutely not have. Having said that, I immediately call for the third time and ask: "Excuse me but at least would you be able to tell me roughly when to find it?" ..... always the very nice lady: "I don't know, I can't, I already told you this morning, try again tomorrow or the day after tomorrow ". Not only was she, and I repeat, a very rude one but also a liar because she had me liquidity in two seconds in the first phone call so that she didn't spend two minutes telling me to try again another day or in the morning or something else.
