Acquisto 7 porte , 2 scorrevole e 5 battenti . Mi dà le porte inscatolate con il numero corretto di 7 pezzi, quando apro le scatole trovo 3 scorrevoli anziché 2 come ordinato. Chiamo e mi dice che è impossibile .... Gli rispondo che li ho davanti agli occhi e sono 3! Li devo vedere mi dice e gli porto le tre scatole dove indicato che erano scorrevoli e mi dice che non la cambia che è impossibile..... Anche con la porta devanti ho fotografato le altre due e gli porto i tre scatole con le etichette e mi dice che non è vero .... NON SAPEVO SE ERO SU SCHERZI A PARTE O CON UNA FUGGITA DAL MANICOMIO..... ho chiamato i carabinieri e gli ho detto di venire perché questa Marzia mi stavi ISTIGANDO A DARGLI un pugno ? in testa... Poi le chiama il titolare da Bologna e gli dice che non voleva problemi di accontentarmi.... Tutti pazzi.... Mi deve accontentare.... Ma se gli ho portato la porta con la prova che hanno sbagliato.... Mi deve accontentare.. mai più.... I bought it in Modena but it is the same owner. Crazy and to say the least .... M	Mauro fusto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluso, ho chiesto uno spioncino digitale con sensore di movimento che il personale addetto non conosceva il quale mi ha detto di attendere per la ricerca del prodotto, dopo 15 minuti di attesa ho detto che sarei ripassato il giorno seguente e mi è stato detto "a ma così si ricomincia tutto da capo" veramente deplorevole!!! Ho chiamato per chiedere se avessero un articolo, mi hanno risposto di sì, ho detto che sarei arrivato subito richiedendo conferma sul pezzo. Sono arrivato facendomi 30 km e puntualmente non avevano il pezzo. La persona che per due volte mi ha detto che avevano il pezzo ha negato di avermelo mai detto. Sarebbero bastate delle semplici scuse per il malinteso. Definitely stocked venue, but my experience was not good. I called to ask if they had an article, they said yes, I said I would arrive immediately requesting confirmation on the piece. I arrived making 30 km and punctually they did not have the piece. The person who twice told me they had the piece denied ever telling me. A simple apology for the misunderstanding would have been enough.
M	Max Duetorri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo una serratura molto vecchia da montare in una porta finestra, non essendo più in produzione mi hanno consigliato di adattare una nuova serratura spiegandomi come fare, risultato ottimo! Sono riuscito. E pensare che una ferramenta mi aveva detto che dovevo cambiare tutta la porta.... con 120 euro ho risolto. Grazie I was looking for a very old lock to mount in a French door, as it is no longer in production they advised me to adapt a new lock explaining how to do it, excellent result! I managed. And to think that a hardware store told me that I had to change the whole door .... with 120 euros I solved. Thank you

Alcuni condomini mi hanno segnalato che in un grosso magazzino costava molto meno. Ci sono andato e, vista la differenza di prezzo, costo 38,99, ho fotografato il tutto. Sono tornato a Ferexpert e ho chiesto se c'era un errore o i prodotti erano differenti. Accertato che i prodotti erano gli stessi, mi è stato detto che tale differenza di prezzo è normale, anche se ho detto che mi sembrava eccessivo passare da 72,19 a 38,99 per lo stesso prodotto non in offerta ma in normale vendita! Sapere di tali differenze, oltre che ai miei condomini, è meglio che lo sappiano molti. I bought an outdoor lock for my condominium, paid € 72.19.
