È ricca di storia e di arte...si parte dell'antica Roma con i resti sell'anfiteatro, il mercato coperto, le carceri di Sant'Ambrogio, il testamento su roccia di Aulo Quintilio Prisco...si passa al medioevo con la Chiesa abbaziale di Santa Maria Maggiore ed il Duomo Santi Giovanni e Paolo...si procede poi con arte barocca sparsa qua e là tra le vie del centro storico, dalle quali potrete scorgere soffitti affrescati di palazzi signorili ( se le finestre sono aperte).
